The idea for Dog House Comics was born, appropriately enough, out of a little bit of trouble.
Our founder, a passionate comic book collector, artist, and animal rights advocate, often found himself in the proverbial “Dog House,” thanks to the antics of his beloved, but mischievous, chocolate beagle, Mickey. Mickey is more than just a mascot—he’s the inspiration behind our name and the actual model for our logo! This personal touch captures the spirit of our brand, which is built on the small, chaotic joys of life.
Dog House Comics is now your ultimate destination for all things comics and collectibles. We are deeply involved in the community, not just as retailers of beloved franchises, but as creators. We draw original art, curate high-quality collectibles, and are actively working to publish new comic titles.
Our Mission: We combine our passion for pop culture with our commitment to giving back. A meaningful portion of all sales from our books, original art, and select items is donated directly to local animal shelters and non-profit animal rights charities.
