Buy Back Policy

Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us directly first constitutes a breach of these Terms and may be treated as attempted fraud.

We maintain comprehensive documentation for every transaction, including product photographs, condition records, communication history, and proof of delivery. This evidence will be submitted in full to dispute any chargeback determined to be fraudulent or filed in bad faith.

Customers who submit fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may be held liable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, including recovery of the disputed amount, all associated bank and payment processing fees, legal expenses, and collection costs.

We reserve the right to:

• Report fraudulent activity to chargeback prevention databases and relevant authorities.
• Ban customers who file fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks from making future purchases.
• Pursue civil legal action, including small claims court where applicable, to recover any losses incurred.

Repeat or serious offenses may be referred to legal counsel without further notice.

By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to this Chargeback Policy and confirms that all purchases are made in good faith. Any disputes must first be addressed by contacting us directly and providing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter before initiating a chargeback.
