Return Policy

All Sales Are Final. Every item is thoroughly inspected, photographed, and/or documented prior to purchase to verify condition and authenticity. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including buyer’s remorse, grading disagreements, or condition disputes after purchase.

Authenticity. Every item is sourced from reputable, established suppliers and dealers within the collectibles industry, not private individuals, unverified sellers, or personal connections. Each item is verified and documented by us prior to sale. Because authenticity cannot be reliably re-verified once an item has left our possession, and because counterfeit documentation and item substitution are known risks in the collectibles market, we do not accept post-sale authenticity claims, disputes, or counter-authentication from buyers. Our documentation at time of sale, along with our sourcing standards, is the sole record of the item’s condition and authenticity.

Order Cancellation. Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. As most items ship within 24 to 48 hours, cancellation requests made after this window cannot be guaranteed.

No Exchanges. We do not accept exchanges. Once an item leaves our possession, we can no longer verify its condition or authenticity, which is why all sales, including exchange requests, are treated as final.

Pricing. Prices are firm. We do not accept offers, bids, or negotiation of any kind. We do not price match. Our pricing reflects careful sourcing and is typically below current market value.

Grading Disclaimer. We do not predict, guarantee, or provide grade estimates for any item, and no grade estimates will appear in our listings. Any grading service assessment (e.g. CGC, CBCS, PSA) is solely the opinion of that service and not something we represent or endorse.

Chargebacks & Disputes. Filing a chargeback in place of contacting us directly does not exempt an order from this policy. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback with documentation including, but not limited to, item photographs, condition records, shipping and delivery confirmation, and this policy as evidence of agreed terms.

Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase from Dog House Comics.

Limitation of Liability. In no event shall Dog House Comics be liable for any amount exceeding the original purchase price of the item in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a purchase.

Governing Law. This policy and all transactions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved within New York State jurisdiction.

By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
